This page explains what the website collects, why it is collected, and which services help process it.
Contact inquiries
The contact form collects your name, email address, optional business name, optional website URL, what you would like help with, and optional phone number. This information is used to review and respond to your inquiry and to operate the website.
Hosting, security, and delivery services
Cloudflare processes technical information needed to host and protect the website. Cloudflare Turnstile helps identify automated form submissions. Resend handles contact-form email delivery for Central Iowa Web Co. as a service provider. These providers process information under their own service terms and privacy practices.
Analytics
When enabled, Cloudflare Web Analytics provides aggregate information about website use and performance. The initial site does not use advertising trackers or sell personal information.
Use and retention
Inquiry information is used to respond to messages and manage related project conversations. No precise retention period is promised here; email and limited operational records may be kept as reasonably needed to handle inquiries and operate the service. Complete contact messages are not intentionally written to application logs.
